One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

I really loved the dinner, is probably the best dinner we ever had in a hotel in Andorra (And we´ve been in plenty). Breakfast very good too. Staff super friendly in reception and restaurant.

I loved Hotel El Castell de Ciutat. Located on top of a hill it has great views of the city below. Lovely public rooms and a beautiful breakfast room, eating either inside or on the terrace. It also has a restaurant on site. Our room was a suite and it was spacious, bright and clean. Huge bathroom, double sinks, separate WC with bidet, walk in shower, and a bathtub with shower. The suite was big enough for a king bed and living room furniture. It also featured a large wraparound terrace with furniture. Breakfast was wonderful. All staff were friendly and helpful. They had a large room within the hotel to securely park our bicycles. This was a great stay.

Notre-Dame d'Escouloubre Sources d'eaux chaudes privées et sauna se nachází v destinaci Escouloubre a má restauraci, sdílený lounge, bar, zahradu, celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén, terasu a výhled na... The location is in the middle of the nature and the owners are really nice. There is as well a natural hot spring that one can use. The food was great as well! We had a really nice stay here.

A beautiful rustic lodge with a Scandinavian twist. Amazing location, sauna and hot tub with a view! The vegetarian breakfast buffet was excellent and innovative. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Eco friendly and sustainable lodge.
