Property information

Private comfortable room with private entrance in a beautiful 2 bedroom upscale home in the very desirable FQ Story historic district. Share bathroom and kitchen with one other professional clean quiet respectful adult. (You are expected to be the same CLEAN QUIET and RESPECTFUL of other people and their belongings). You will enjoy the living atmosphere with your private spacious bedroom and shared Huge family room and dining room and a very gourmet equipped kitchen. Laundry is available.

Neighbourhood information

Upscale, highly desirable and pricey. FQ Story Historic district surrounded by beautiful historic homes, Hospitals, lite rail, arts district, ASU, airport and all Downtown attractions in Phoenix.
