This new charming luxury vacation home is built in 2022. Amenities include short walk to the sandy beach, golf course views, adult and children activities, 2 decks and a porch, 2 separately controlled ACs on each level, illuminated steps, motion activated light in guest bathrooms and walk - in closets, EV charger, soft - closing drawers and cabinets, jetted tub in master bath, and more. Enjoy whole-house backup power! Even if the area loses electricity, you’ll still have lights, Wi-Fi, and all the comforts of home — giving you peace of mind to simply relax and enjoy your stay. We truly hope you'll enjoy the luxury of nature combined with an awesomeness of this home. You'll have everything you need and nothing you don't. Please note that all guest must pay one - time FEE OF FIFTY DOLLARS per vehicle at the entrance gate. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING and NO PETS, INCLUDING SERVICE DOGS PLEASE - OWNERS HAVE A SEVERE ALLERGY.

Our story is very simple.. We came to Pine Mountain Lake over two decades ago for the first time and fell in love. We fell in love with the welcoming community, three sandy beaches, warm and clear water, beach - front restaurant, kayaking and boating, fishing, hiking, easy access to Yosemite (and Rainbow Pools!), horseback riding, nearby shooting ranch, tasty food at a scenic Grill restaurant, evening barbecues, and oh yes - the summer movie nights under the stars! Each year since has been an absolute must to visit and share the fondest times with family and friends. We'd love to share with you our love for this wonderful private community without compromising the luxury of feeling home away from home.

HEAD TO THE BEACH The first thing to do at Pine Mountain Lake is pretty obvious: head to the beach. PML has 3 beaches: Marina Beach, Lake Lodge, and Dunn Court Beach. Each has a protected swim area and clear water that’s easy to wade into. -Marina Beach: largest beach with the most amenities. Head over, set up your EZ Up, and relax on a stretch of grass while the kids make friends playing in the sand and water. There are picnic tables, grills, and a lakeside cafe that sells ice cream and cold beer. Get kayak, pedal boat, or any other water sports for hours of fun. On weekends and holidays, only property owners are allowed to park here. Visitors can park on the street or at one of the other beaches and then take the free Water Taxi over. -Lake Lodge Beach: playground behind the sand, making for an easy day of fun for the kids. The Water Taxi stops at the dock to take passengers to the other beaches and Fisherman’s Cove -Dunn Court Beach: located 1 min drive from the property. Has everything you need for a full day of fun and perfect pace for low-key getaway. -Other activities: fishing, golfing, horseback riding, tennis, pickle ball, playgrounds, hiking, pool (until October 31), Yosemite day (or two) trip, visiting Hetch Hetchy reservoir with breathtaking views
