This 400 sq ft suite in a complex shares a pool and garden, featuring a private entrance, essential amenities, and a full kitchen. The open-plan bedroom has a queen bed. The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequently as possible to address their needs. Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to a few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day. Swimming Pool: This property features a 40'x20' swimming pool with a depth of 9'6". While the pool area is gated, no lifeguard is on duty. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and that of their loved ones. Children under 18 are strictly prohibited from entering the pool area without adult supervision. Prior to check-in, all guests must sign a "Waiver of Liability" form. The host reserves the right to deny entry to anyone unwilling to comply with these requirements. Guests are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the pool and its surrounding area during their stay. The use of fragile items, such as glassware and china, is strictly prohibited, as is smoking within the pool enclosure. The pool area is monitored by surveillance cameras, and any violations of pool rules may result in the forfeiture of the full security deposit, along with additional charges for damages, if applicable.
