«＃評價凱都大飯店 凱都是我在中壢喜歡住的飯店。地點好，並且平價，房間大。雖然比較有歷史了，但看得出他們有做了不少改善的地方，諸如熱水又熱又快又大，WiFi整棟訊號佳。對面就是Sogo, 隔壁就是威尼斯影城，走路可達中壢夜市。旁邊有小七全家、星巴克路易莎、還有多間診所，生活機能極佳。»

«旅館旁有百貨，對面有小七、路易莎與星巴克兩家咖啡廳，多走幾步路還有很多餐廳，位處熱鬧地區，但因旅館門口在不相通的小巷內，所以門口車流少，出入相對單純。櫃檯員工與餐廳服務人員都很親切，且不同其他飯店，請的是台籍員工負責清潔；早餐由幾位阿姨親手烹煮，不僅新鮮好吃，少見的三道現炒青菜還會不斷補充，兼顧美味與健康。»
