A nice apartment with a good location in a quiet residential area in Falkenberg. A little further away you have Skrea strand's lovely, long sandy beach. Enjoy a vibrant summer life with both ice cream bars, restaurants and beautiful walking paths and nature areas. Falkenberg's cozy summer town is also within easy reach. The apartment is located in a larger villa. You have your own entrance and patio with outdoor furniture, terrace awning and barbecue. The apartment, which is in the basement, is fresh and modern. From the entrance you enter the living room, which has a comfortable sofa bed, a modern TV and free Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is open with all equipment and a dining area. The bathroom has a shower. On the patio you have comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, all under a large terrace awning. A short walk takes you to the center of Falkenberg. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. In the southern part of Skrea beach there is a lovely walking area and a nature reserve that offers rock bathing. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within easy reach. The closest is Falkenbergs Gk. Through Falkenberg flows the Ätran, which has great nature experiences and walking trails. Ätran has a nice salmon fishery (fishing license required). Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. To the north you quickly reach the fine summer town of Varberg and to the south Halmstad. By car you can also quickly reach Europe's largest shopping center GEKÅS in Ullared.
