Hiljuti renoveeritud Ocean Top Marina asub Yeosus, Ungcheoni rannapargist 1 km ja Chonnami rahvusülikoolist Guk-dongist 5,5 km kaugusel. Selles rannaäärses majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. Majutusasutuses on lift ja külalistele pakutakse täispäeva valvet. Ühe magamistoaga apartemendis on elutuba, kus on lameekraaniga televiisor koos voogedusteenusega, köök koos mikrolaineahju, külmkapi ja kõige muu vajalikuga ning sussidega vannituba. Konditsioneeriga majutusruumis on bidee ja garderoob. See helikindel apartement on mõeldud mittesuitsetajatele. Apartemendis on ka toidupood. Majutusasutuse külalised saavad nautida tegevusi Yeosus ja selle ümbruses, nagu näiteks jalgsi- ja rattaekskursioone. Heantongi galerii on majutusasutusest Ocean Top Marina 6,9 km kaugusel ning Rahukuju on 7 km kaugusel. Yeosu lennujaam jääb 13 km kaugusele.
