Located in the centre of Takayama city, Machiyado ICHIRYU offers comfortable accommodation on just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town. ICHIRYU Ryokan is only a 3-minute walk away from the Miyakawa Morning Market, as well as from the ancient Hida Kokubunji Temple. Takayama Station is a 7-minute walk away. Rooms are spacious and cosy atmosphere, with comfortable beds and futon on tatami-mat flooring. They are conveniently furnished with semi-open-air bath, minibar, an LCD TV, a fridge and an electric kettle. As well as ICHIRYU’s healing hot spring, guests enjoy free access to Spa hotel ALPINA a 5-minute walk away, which features outdoor hot-spring baths with amazing views of the city. Delicate and luxurious cuisine are served in a private room at the restaurant in a separate building "IROHA TEI". The hotel specialises in multi-course menu featuring delicious local beef.
