The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

The rate includes: - Utilities: electricity - water - gas for kitchen use and hot water - weekly linen, initial and final cleaning - Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage caused to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of 1,500.00 eur and with the restrictions provided). The rate does not include: Tourist tax (eur 1.50 per person per day for the first 4 days; children under 15 are exempt) Mandatory extra cleaning in case of the presence of animals (eur 50.00 per pet per week or per part of the week) On Request: extra cleaning (eur 25,00/hour per cleaner), extra linen (eur 18,00 per person) heating (with prices in effect at the time of the stay) use of the professional kitchen (eur 300.00 for a single use; eur 550.00 per week for multiple uses)
