Our aim is to enhance the apartment you will visit, trying to make guests feel at ease without invading their privacy. Hence our choice to allow guests to access and check-in in total freedom and at the time they prefer, obviously after the necessary cleaning and tidying up. We are always available for requests, advice and needs, also through a dedicated number active all day except night. Upon arriving, you can stop directly under the building, take the keys from the box and then park the car in the property garage. The parking lot can contain only one car. Two flights of stairs separate you from your apartment, passing briefly inside the small private olive tree garden. On the first floor, you will find your apartment on the left. Once you cross the threshold, a panel providing quick access to free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home. On your left we immediately find the small bedroom, with two single bunk beds. Here guests will find a wardrobe in which to store their belongings. Hot and cold will not be a problem, being able to count on a first split air conditioner. Continuing further, we find the bathroom complete with a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet, a sink with mirror and a hairdryer. Here there is also a brand new washing machine for free use. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house. Proceeding towards the last area of ​​the house, the very bright living area, we find the new and very comfortable sofa bed, which is easy to open. Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed. The equipped kitchen, the kingdom of chefs, is located right here. Longer stays won't be a problem, having at your disposal a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nescafè coffee machine to enjoy overlooking the sea! Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are placed in the various compartments. Here you will find a TV with Disney+ subscription offered by the house and a second hot and cold air conditioning split. The hamlet is located north of the center of Varazze, on a hill above the San Nazario district, beyond the viaduct of the A10 motorway. Cantalupo is crossed by the Teiro stream. The Varazze meteorological station is located near the hamlet. In the eighteenth century the lordship of Cantalupo was a protectorate of the Republic of Genoa, under the jurisdiction of the marquises Botta Adorno. On 1 March 1907, the Catholic workers' society of San Giovanni Battista was born, which gave new impetus to the economy of the hamlet, which until then had been predominantly agricultural, which moved into the craft and tourism sectors. Today it can be considered a quiet hamlet of the renowned Varazze.
