E8 - is a beautiful, spacious newly renovated apartment on the top floor in a three floor building in central Reykjavík. The apartment has a large balcony with great view and comfortable furniture. The apartment is located 1,8 km from Perlan, 3,4 km from Hallgrímskirkja and 3,9 km from Nauthólsvík geothermal beach. Included is free parking and free private parking. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom offers a king size bed and the guest bedroom offers a full bed. The living room and fully equipped kitchen are conjoined in an open space with a kitchen island and a large living room table. It has a large sofa and a flat-screen TV. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen. The apartment has one bathroom with a walk in shower and in the main bedroom a washing machine and dryer is provided. If needed we can provide a crib and two high chairs for children. Guests can of course relax in the common area garden and there you can find a swingset and sandbox for children. There are a few bus stops nearby with varied routes close by but the neighbourhood also offers beautiful walking paths and has grocery shop, bakery, coffee shop and pharmacy within walking distance.

We (me and my wife) love to travel and this is the type of apartment I would like to stay at while I'm exploring a city. This is my second apartment that I've put on Booking and we had a 9.6 rating on average from guests who stayed with us. we recently sold that apartment and bought this one. We hope guests enjoy this apartment as much as the last.

The neighbourhood is peaceful with all necessary amenities in walking distance, such as grocery stores, pharmacy and playgrounds. The apartment is very near shopping center Kringlan and also bus stops with large variety of routes in all directions. Buses going downtown Reykjavik are frequent and it only takes 10 minutes.
