Please Note: The check-in process is performed online. 10 days before your arrival date (or immediately if your reservation is last minute), we will send you an email with a link to check-in online. During the process you will be asked to confirm our "Terms of Use & House Rules” and attach required documents (ID / passport / forms for tourists). Our properties are for families ONLY (parents + Children). If a reservation has been made as an individual kindly contact our customer service asap. Upon your arrival at the property, if it turns out that you are not a family, the company may cancel the reservation immediately without any refund. All guests must sign on a hospitality agreement, as well as upload a copy of valid ID/passport. According to tax laws of the State of Israel, citizens and residents of Israel will be charged an additional VAT of 17%. VAT exemption will be granted only to holders of residence visas B2 (tourist), B4, B3, and diplomats, upon presentation of the documents.
