This beautiful 4-bedroom holiday home is situated in a quiet residential area and is tastefully decorated and well-maintained. Property layout – Ground floor: Living room Open-plan kitchen Dining area Property layout – First Floor : Bedroom 1: double ensuite sleeping 2 Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 Bedroom 3: twin sleeping 2 Bedroom 4: single sofa bed sleeping 1 Family bathroom French doors open onto the patio and small enclosed garden. WIFI available. Parking is available onsite. This is an extra charge for heating & electricity which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager before arrival how this is calculated or before making the booking.
