Villa ML is a modern semi-detached house located in a quiet neighborhood within the village of Pakoštane. Everything you need while escaping the everyday pace of life is within walking distance, the beach as well as shopping facilities or restaurants. The house comprises two apartments with separate entrances, each consisting of a first floor and a ground floor, including a sun terrace facing the shared pool area. The heated, family-friendly pool comes with considered amenities, including comfortable sunbeds and plush towels. In order to provide the best comfort and to make your stay as relaxing as possible, each individual unit is furnished with two air-conditioned bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area, including a completely equipped kitchen. Each apartment is appointed with curated amenities such as free wifi, smart TV, hair dryer, coffee machines and bathrooms with walk-in shower. The property comes with on-site parking, including one private parking spot for each apartment free of charge.
