Resort Polynesia features apartments which are situated on the beach in Katoro close to Umag, boasting terraces or balconies and surrounded by pine trees. The resort's gourmet offer includes a buffet restaurant serving local and international dishes, a pizzeria, a beach snack bar and several café bars. Polynesia Apartments has an outdoor swimming pool with children's section and guests can take part in the daytime and evening activities organised by the resort. Within the resort, guests can find green areas, walking and cycling paths and playgrounds for children. There are also various kiosks, shops, a supermarket and a 1st-aid station.

In ATP Sport Arena Stella Maris from 23th – 25th May 2025 a big event is going on, Sea Star Festival powered by Exit.
During those periods we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.
The 34 th edition of ATP tournament Plava laguna Croatia Open Umag will be held from 18th - 27th July 2025 in ATP stadium Goran Ivanišević in Stella Maris.
During this period we expect more ongoing activities and visitors, movements inside and outside of Stella Maris resort and consequently less peace and harmony than usual.
