The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, one hundred meters from the beach. The apartment is in good condition and has everything you need for a great vacation. There are two rooms inside the apartment. The first room has two separate beds, a wardrobe, room lamps and hangers for clothes. The second room has one large double bed and also wardrobe, hanger for clothes and room lamps. There is a folding bed in the living room. Satellite TV and air conditioning are available in the living room. There is also free Wi-Fi, only for guests. In the dining room there are: refrigerator, kitchen, sink, oven. Of course there is bathroom with new toilet, shower and new washing machine. There is a private yard behind the house, which is especially good for smaller children. There is a barbecue in the yard and outdoor shower. In front of the house we have private parking for 2 cars. The house is located 150 meters from the beach down the road. There is a shop at the bottom of the street, 100 meters from the house.

Hello , my name is Zvonimir Duje Djaković. I was born and grew up in Split. I am a pharmacist by profession. I finished primary and secondary school in Split, and then the Faculty of Pharmacy in Sarajevo. I currently work as a pharmacist in a pharmacy in Split. In my free time, I play recreational sports, mostly soccer. I also like to study and play chess.

Podstrana brought up in a unique way by good people, good food and clean sea. Everyone who has stayed in Podstrana at least once wants to come back. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of amenities for tourists : beautiful beach, good restaurants, coffee bars by the beach. A large and good beach is 150 meters down the road from the house. The beach is sandy, so it is very good and suitable for children. There are two coffee bars and a restaurant on the beach. It is also possible to buy baked fries and pancakes on the beach. The bus stop is 200 meters from the apartment. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the city by bus. The city center of Split is about 7 kilometers away. The famous City Center One Split shopping center is 4 kilometers away from the apartment. Near the beach there is a beautiful new promenade, where there are several excellent fast foods, an ice cream parlor, a volleyball court and a lot of other interesting content.
