Approx. 450m to harbour front, 600m to nearest beach. Wood and soft colours are used for the design to add a contemporary modern feel and all studios are stylishly furnished, bright and fresh. All have quality double beds to aid relaxation, modern en-suite shower rooms with hand wash basin, WC & complimentary toiletries. Every studio has a small kitchenette with 2 ring hob & cooking utensils suitable for the preparation & cooking of light snacks, fridge & coffee making facilities. Standard studios have either terrace or balcony with table & chairs - view of neighborhood Deluxe double studios have larger balconies with sun lounger, table & chairs. View over the town towards the sea. The property is set in its own grounds and has a lovely swimming pool where guest can relax and enjoy a refreshing swim (pool towels provided). In low season (April/May/Oct) the swimming pool is heated for guests’ enjoyment on cooler days. Sun beds are free and are located around the pool side terraces. Onsite private parking is limited to max 3 cars & subject to availability. Parking cannot be reserved. Public street parking is nearby.
