I was born and raised in Llanberis and absolutely love everything about it, the lake for wild swimming, the mountains for climbing and walking, the beaches for surfing and the forests for mountain biking! I am keen to do everything I can to ensure you have an amazing holiday here, I am full of local knowledge and can guide you to some stunning hidden gems and help you plan your trip! This stunning detached property is the perfect base for exploring Snowdonia and the surrounding areas. It is detached with its own driveway and garage with space to park 2 or 3 cars (depending on size of the cars). The garden has recently been upgraded and is now fully enclosed, however, if your dog has a tendency to jump to escape, there are sections that are stones walls which could be jumped over! There is a fuseball table, pool table and darts board in the garage. However, please note, this area does not have heating and is not cleaned to the same standard as the house, as it is still used for parking and storage when required. so is very much still a garage. There is a large living area with double doors through to the kitchen diner, plus a downstairs toilet. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with en suite with walk in shower), a single bedroom, and a tiled family bathroom with bath and shower over bath. High chair at the house. Travel cot available on request. There are beautiful solid wooden floors throughout, and tiled toilet, bathrooms and entranceway. The property has super fast WiFi, a large flat screen TV in the living room, and a well equipped kitchen with everything you'll need! House rules No smoking House to be left reasonably clean and tidy Dogs must be supervised at all times, no dogs upstairs or on furniture (or bring own covers/throws/blankets etc if this is unavoidable). Please park considerately if bringing multiple cars which don't all fit on the drive. I do all cleaning, chanegovers, and basic maintenance myself and pass this saving directly onto you, the guests! That way you get to enjoy higher quality accomodation, on a tighter budget!! If there's anything you are unhappy with, I only live a few minutes away so am always happy to come and rectify any issues to ensure your stay is as perfect as possible.

Llanberis is a beautiful little village nestled at the foot of Snowdon. You can set off from the doorstep to walk up the mountain! The village has everything you need, from convenience stores, gift and other unique shops, outdoor shops, hairdressers, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Within a short drive you'll find the walled town of caernarfon with its castle, the beautiful scenery of the llyn peninsula, plenty of large shops and supermarkets in Bangor, the stunning beaches of Anglesey, everything Conwy has to offer, as well as zip world, surf Snowdonia, and so much more!!
