The apartment comprises - 19 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... - Sleeping area with double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC Outside area : - A 3 m² balcony with furniture and a view of the mountains to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (hire and payment to be made to the laundry). - Private ski room in basement. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The apartment is ideally located in Flumet, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...all within a 100m radius. Activities : - In winter, the Diamant ski area offers a multitude of winter sports activities: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing, yooner and biathlon lessons. But there's a whole host of other activities too, including themed trails and orienteering courses, and last but not least, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot-air balloon ride! - Near Megève - In summer, come and enjoy the beach at the Flumet lake, discover the 30 mountain bike trails, abandon yourself to the 300 km of marked hiking trails, set off on a Trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
