This beautifully restored sheepfold welcomes you in a peaceful setting, just a 15-minute walk from the town center of Pont-l’Évêque. A friendly and authentic place, ideal for exploring Deauville, Trouville, Honfleur, Cabourg, or simply recharging in the countryside. Please bring your own cable suitable for a type E/F domestic socket (slow charging, 5 to 8 km per hour).

The house can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers. As soon as you step inside, you’ll be charmed by its warm and inviting atmosphere: // Ground floor: • A bright living room with a large sofa, TV, and a wood stove for cozy winter evenings. • A small bar area, perfect for a quiet coffee or an aperitif. • A dining area with an extendable table. • A semi-open kitchen. // First floor: • A spacious bedroom with a 160 cm bed, closet, and chest of drawers. • Another bedroom with a 160 cm bed and closet. • A travertine bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and more. • Separate toilet. // Outside: • A large, tree-filled garden. • A brand new pétanque court (11 m x 2.5 m), perfect for fun moments together. • A corner with a gas barbecue. Please note: you will need to bring your own gas bottle, which is not provided. Caution: there is a small pond at the back of the garden that is currently not secured. It is essential to be vigilant and supervise young children nearby. /// 🧺 Cleaning fee (Cleaning + Laundry): 140 euros This covers a full cleaning of the house as well as the washing and preparation of bed and bath linens (sheets, towels, tea towels).
