This villa is located in a quiet area equipped with all luxury, all in an unspoiled part of Andalusia. Come, see, and enjoy. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 people and an extra bed for a baby from 0 to 2 years old. The pool is private, has an outdoor shower, and you can relax wonderfully on the terrace (open 365 days a year). So please do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information. We speak Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish. The accessibility of the villa is not optimal for people with limited mobility or those in wheelchairs. Villa del Sol – House Rules Dear guests, We regret that we have to set rules, but unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary. With all due respect: Villa del Sol is not a hotel, but it is your villa during your stay. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave the property as you found it – thank you very much for that! You have not paid extra cleaning costs, so we rely on your cooperation. Upon departure Waste: Please place the waste downstairs by the gate, or dispose of it yourself in the municipal waste containers at the sign towards Residencia Reina. • Bed linen and towels: Please leave these in the bathroom, and we will ensure they are washed for the next guests. Hygiene: is our top priority – we do this for you, and we also ask a little from you in return. Damage or problems? If something breaks? No problem – let us know, and we will sort it out together. This way, we prevent the next guests from experiencing inconvenience. Finally, We hope that you arrive and depart with a smile. Your satisfaction is our greatest reward. Read carefully!!! The villa is located in a very quiet area. You will return home well-rested. You can enjoy fantastic walks or a thrilling bike tour through the mountainous landscape. The beach of Torre del Mar is a 15-minute drive away. This unique seaside resort can be compared to Torremolinos, but with authentic prices. During the high season, daily activities are organized such as concerts, fairs, and exhibitions. Torre del Mar has a lively nightlife, with something for everyone. On your way to Torre del Mar, you will pass the city of Velez-Malaga, which has museums, the birthplace of Cervantes (known for Don Quixote), exhibitions, and a very old historic center that is definitely worth a visit. Just before Torre del Mar is the AquaVelis Water Park and the El Ingenio shopping center. The breathtaking city of Malaga is a 40-minute drive away, and a visit to the Picasso Museum is definitely worthwhile. One tip we personally want to give is to visit the highest white mountain village, Comares. The municipality has Arabic origins and a rich history that dates back to the Moorish period when it was an important center for trade. The architecture is breathtaking. The fortress, the Masmullar Hill, the Aljibe, and the Mudejar style of the church leave an unforgettable impression on youImportant information about the location: please read this carefully! • To reach the parking lot, you need to go up a steep incline of about 30 meters. • From the Villa del Sol parking lot, you then walk up 40 steps to the accommodation. • The location is in a quiet village – there is not much to do here. • There is a small café/restaurant and a Covirán supermarket for basic groceries. • Also see the photos for a good impression of the surroundings and accessibility.
