The property is a magnificent, large detached classic white Andalusian house. It features an expansive garden where a pool will be installed for the 2025 season. Inside, the beautifully decorated house boasts a bright and airy interior with numerous large floor-to-ceiling windows adorned with classic Spanish black ironwork on all windows and balconies. A stunning breakfast terrace overlooks the garden, providing the perfect spot to start your day. Additionally, there is a guest salon and spacious open hallways adorned with traditional Spanish tiling and ironwork. The rooftop bar offers banquette seating, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy panoramic views.

Competa is one of the recognised white pueblos of Spain. It is set just 25 minutes drive in from the coast of the Costa Del Sol into the mountains. The town is set in a glorious mountain setting and as it is back from the busy tourist spots of the costa it still has that real old world Spanish charm about it. There are many fiestas and ferias throughout the year and is a great place for a holiday or just to visit for a day to see its splendour. Set in the shadow of mount maroma.
