This spacious holiday home accommodates up to seven guests with four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a guest toilet. Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, it offers a chance to see deer, foxes, and pheasants. The ground floor features a cozy living room with a sofa bed, a wood-burning stove, and an open kitchen. A bright conservatory with a dining table and sofa provides extra space. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed, while another has two single beds that can be expanded in to doubles. The home includes two terraces, a carport, and bicycles. Mobile coverage is strong, though Wi-Fi is unavailable. Located 600 m from the water and 900 m from a shallow beach, the area is ideal for outdoor activities. Lynæs Havn (2 km) offers swimming, fishing, and crabbing, while Lynæs Surfcenter provides surfing and dining. Hundested (4 km) hosts a sand sculpture festival, glassblowing workshops, and fresh seafood. Frederiksværk (13 km) offers a swimming pool, historic sites, and boat rentals. Families can enjoy mini-golf, playgrounds, and ferry trips. Local farm shops and restaurants serve fresh ingredients and high-quality meals. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
