Welcome to our cozy 31 m² private room in the heart of Hamburg!
Hello and a warm welcome – we’re so glad you’re considering our home!
We are a German-Indian family with young children and we are happy to host friendly and respectful guests from all over the world.
Your private room is located on the 2nd floor of our quiet family home and offers 31 m² of bright, comfortable living space – ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business travelers. A private bathroom is included, so you can enjoy your stay independently and at ease. The entire floor is available for your use.
By default, the room accommodates up to four people in comfortable beds; with the sofa bed pulled out, a maximum of five guests can stay. A small table is available - perfect for working or enjoying breakfast. In addition, a fridge is provided so you can always enjoy cool drinks, even on warm days.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and more, which you are welcome to use. A washing machine and dryer are also available – so laundry can be done quickly and conveniently.
Since we prepare the rooms with great care and love, we ask our guests to treat them respectfully – this way, everyone can enjoy a pleasant stay.
We are not a 5-star hotel – instead, we strive to give you a warm, homely atmosphere: personal, welcoming, and far from the anonymity of a hotel.
Our home is located in a safe, well-connected neighborhood of Hamburg – only a few minutes’ walk from public transport, shops, and local attractions. Even though we live in the same house, your area is completely private. If you’d like, we’re happy to provide tips or assistance, but of course, we always respect your privacy.
We look forward to welcoming you soon and making your stay in Hamburg as comfortable and memorable as possible!

Consideration:
Our home is a family household with young children – we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially in shared areas and during quiet hours.
Hamburg is not always what people imagine. There are no skyscrapers here.
In the immediate surroundings, you’ll mostly find single-family homes, and just 600 meters away lies the “Trabrennbahn” subway station (U1 line). From there, it takes only 19 minutes to reach the central train station in the city center. During peak hours, trains run every 5 minutes, while in the evenings and at night the service is reduced to about every 10 minutes or more.
The Trabrennbahn Farmsen was once a significant horse racing track in Hamburg’s Farmsen-Berne district. It opened in 1911 and horse races were held there until 1976, when racing operations were discontinued, partly for economic reasons. The area covered about 24 hectares. In the 1990s, the site was transformed into a residential neighborhood, with around 1,170 apartments built by 2000. The housing development follows the oval layout of the former racetrack. Facades, streets, and other elements still echo the shape of the grandstands. Today, there are green spaces, ponds, public parks, and a rainwater management system that enhance both residential life and the natural environment.
Nearby, you will also find various everyday amenities such as shops, a hairdresser, a kiosk, a pharmacy, a tailor, a gift shop, and an ATM.
