Luxury, modern, bright, fully renovated ground floor studio in Larnaka town, ideal for a couple or two friends that wish to spend their holidays near the center of Larnaka, but in a quiet neighborhood. A studio apartment , with a separate modern equipped kitchen with all needed appliances - refrigerator,oven,hobs and washing machine,kettle,coffee machine,sandwich toaster. Kitchenware is also available to cook your meals and a dining table for two. The studio has a bathroom with a walk-in jacuzzi shower. For your comfortable stay, a super king bed 214cmx200cm is available, which can be easily converted into two beds of 107cmx200cm each. Super comfortable mattresses, sheets, quilts, pillows, blankets, towels are included in this amazing studio. This lovely studio has a beautiful private veranda and garden with grass, a lemon tree and lots of flowers where you can relax, sunbath or have your breakfast. Also, a flat smart TV 42 inches where you can enjoy movies in NETFLIX and European, Russian, American channels and movies. The studio is 10 minutes-walk from the famous Foinikoudes Beach, which is an organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas and a wide variety of water sports. At a walking distance of 15 minutes is the promenade and the Marina where one can walk, have a coffee, a drink or have lunch (fish meze). The strip is full of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, mini markets, playgrounds for children etc. The main shopping district of Larnaca and the down town area is only ten minutes walking distance away !! Five minutes-walk from St Lazarus Church. This magnificent early 10th century stone St Lazarus Church or Agios Lazaros as he is known in Greek is one of the most important surviving Byzantine monuments of Cyprus. The church lies over the tomb of Agios Lazaros, the resurrected friend of Jesus Christ who came to ancient Kition in 33 AD and became its first Bishop and Patron Saint. Just 10 minutes-drive from Larnaka Airport and 5 minutes-drive from McKenzie night clubs. There are two parks near the apartment. The first one is just 2 minutes-walk. There is another beautiful park at a walking distance of 10 minutes where children can enjoy the playground equipment.
