Om firmaet

Family owned with kids on the property and attending a local school in Coco. We have long ties to the Playa Ocotal area, part Tico and heavily involved in the coral restoration project along and a long history of photography - it's easy to see why this has become home to our family. Our kids love spearfishing, snorkeling, surfing, skateboarding, diving and the arts. We love Costa Rica so don't hesitate to ask us anything!!!

Om overnattingsstedet

The house has been built 12 years ago and it was one of the first houses in Playa Ocotal. A couple years after that, seeing the place developing itself, the owner decided to build a second house next to the first one to make it available for renting. 6 years later, our french family coming from Paris came and bought the place to optimize the space to make it a high standard hotel with this stunning view of Papagayo's Golf. The decoration mixes the natural (local woods) and the modern (chromotherapy). The colors are harmonious and invite relaxation, meditation and yoga. Each room enjoys a sea view with a private equipped terrace (sunbeds and garden furniture) with veils to hide. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away for beach walks and water sports. Day trips can include boating, waterfalls, volcanoes, hot springs, wildlife, sport fishing, beaches, horse riding, walking, relaxing and exploring.

Playa Ocotal is a really quiet place. You can hear the sound of the ocean mixed with the birds and the howling monkeys. If you don't rent a car, golf carts are available and a great way to get around for quick beach trips, local exploring into Coco and dining.
