This is a beautiful end-unit condo, located poolside and ground level, with multiple terraces and plenty of outdoor seating. It is professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability, this must be coordinated directly with the hotel. The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests.
