Hi, my name is Michael & we operate Margaret River Properties, focused on giving each of our guests an amazing experience as you play, relax and explore our region. Being raised in Dunsborough, I have a love of the ocean in my blood. After being away for study and work, I realised how special this region is, and so once we had the opportunity, we decided to move back home to raise our family, and we have loved it since. After travelling over the years, whether in Paris, Montana or Port Douglas, I wanted to share my love of experiences with other people, so here we are sharing through Airbnb. Looking for a dreamy getaway? Look no further than this stunning rammed earth home set on the hilltop of Meelup Beach. With some of the best beaches in the South-west just a stone's throw away, including Meelup, Castle Rock, Eagle Bay & Bunker Bay, you'll be spoilt for choice. Not to mention, this idyllic rural property is surrounded by some of the most popular wineries and breweries in the area, such as Wise Winery, Eagle Bay Brewing and Meelup Farm House.

This upside-down house is designed to maximise the property's views, with the open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the second floor leading out to a stunning deck with a huge outdoor dining and lounge. There is also a queen-size bedroom, bathroom and powder room on this floor. This floor is air conditioned. Downstairs, you'll find a huge king-size suite complete with ducted heating from the woodfire upstairs, as well as a spa-style bathroom. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms, one queen and one with two singles, both with the added comfort of wood fire ducted heating from upstairs. Plus, there's a second living space, perfect for the kids to curl up in after a big day out at the beach or play board games! If that's not enough, the huge garden comes with a fun wooden playhouse for the kids to enjoy. Meelup Mia is the epitome of rural charm and exudes rustic character and is located in a peaceful setting away from the Summer crowds, but with the bustling Dunsborough town centre a short drive away.
