Nedavno renoviran superior objekat ElisabethHotel Premium Private Retreat nalazi se u centru Majerhofena, na samo 5 minuta hoda od skijališta Cilertal 3000. Ovaj objekat sa 4 zvezdice namenjen je isključivo odraslim osobama i poseduje spa zonu površine 1,400 m² koja obuhvata saunu, parno kupatilo i bazen u zatvorenom dužine 17 metara. Moderne sobe su uređene u elegantnom tirolskom stilu i obuhvataju balkon, flat-screen TV, prostor za sedenje i prostrano kupatilo sa kadom ili tušem. Papuče i bade-mantili su takođe obezbeđeni. Objekat ElisabethHotel poseduje bar sa otvorenim kaminom i restoran u kojem se služe lokalni specijaliteti.
