You feel at home and like you are very welcome to come back. Very colourful and clean. Staff and guests were very friendly and the free shuttle service from the station was a game changer for me. I came as a last minute thing and informed the team of what I might benifet from. Jacinda wrote back derailing exactly the steps and ramps and what might be tricky for me so I could navigate it and work it out. Making access is really clear for me. Thank you would love to stay again! Beds so comfy and clean really nice vibe of the whole place.

Wild Kea Lodge Franz Josef offers a modern accommodation across three wings in the Franz Josef Glacier Village, just a10-minute drive from Franz Josef Glacier and 30-40 minutes for Fox Glacier. It was a very comfortable bed, renovated / new looking hotel. With free coffee and tea. Great us with complimentary muffins and much more. Great kitchen

Ivorytowers Accommodation se nachází naproti pralesu a horám národního parku Westland, jen 4 minuty pěšky od vesnice Fox Glacier. We really enjoyed staying here. The room aswell as the common areas were clean, cozy and spacious. Staff was really friendly and there was a sweet dog. Beautiful views. Hot tub was really nice after a day of tramping. Really good value for the money!

Glow Worm Accommodation is located in the center of Franz Josef and offers a range of shared dormitory rooms and private en suite rooms. Free unlimited WiFi is included. Hospitality was best. Helpful & friendly. Great soup on a wet, cool night was perfect. Dryers were in use, but the hotel linen ones were put into use for us so we could dry our very wet things (from hike in rain). Quaint rooms with decorative touches (historical photos of Franz Glacier).

The Duke Hostel se nachází v centru Greymouthu a nabízí bezplatné neomezené Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a plně vybavenou kuchyň. It was one of the best small rooms we got after 2 months in NZ and it was really cheap. Great location and friendly owners

The new owners (Dec 2024) are very hard working. The kitchen has a great work space, fridges,etc. They are working at updating the older building... it used to be a rectory, it is gorgeous. I would definitely stay there again, towels need to be rented.

V good for the younger set. this os where i would want to go in my 20 and 30s. v fun. Sinead accommodated us old farts v nicely. upgraded us to a newly renovated cabin. the former jade workshop. Angie, newly minted managed was v attentive. kitchen was pretty good. had a good dinner
