The most beautiful place on my trip to Guatemala! I booked a private room, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The hotel’s common areas are aesthetically pleasing and located in a beautifully renovated colonial building. They offer laundry service, the location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly.

Che San Cristobal de las Casas Hostel se nachází v destinaci San Cristóbal de Las Casas, nedaleko od zajímavých míst, jako je La Merced Church a Del Carmen Arch. The hostel is very cool to meet other travelers. It has very friendly vibe. The room is clean and I love how comfy their beds are. The receptionist, Stephanie was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of great advice also about other cities in Mexico. We recommend, it's worth the money.

The owner Fernando was the perfect host before and during our stay!! He was even so sweet to set up some coffee and fruit for ud at 6.30 AM, before our Acatenango hike 😍 After a bit over 1 month travel in Central America this place had the BEST bed and shower so far! (First shower with both warm water and great pressure equal to danish showers). One thing to be aware of is that the place is located 10 minutes on foot from the center of Antigua, but this was no problem ☺️

Best hostel ever in sense of helpfulness of the staff - all of them super lovely, friendly people who really care to help you. I was having troubles with other accommodations in Antigua and Zoola Suites helped me so much - with accommodation me, helping me for equipment for the Acatenango trekking and giving me very much information and motivation. They also stored our luggage during the trekking and after we came back, even if we werent staying with them any more they were so kind, giving us towels to get a hot shower after the trekking and letting us ca sort our luggage. They even helped me with organization for a shuttle to the Atitlan Lake on the next day. Also all of the prices of tours and transports which they offer are great. The rooof top terrace is great as well. Thank you, guys!

We loved it! Super clean, close to the center, hot water 24/7, fully equipped kitchen, great internet, excellent service and staff attention – 10 out of 10. We immediately felt at home. There's always coffee, tea, and cookies in the kitchen, and they let us check in early and check out a bit later. They even have ping pong! A wonderful place you'd want to come back to. Special thanks to the staff for their care and attention. 10/10
