I stayed here for 4 nights and ı definitely recommend. They helped me about transportation, laundry, trips.. The breakfast was included, ıt was really good and the portions are really big. The owner of the place and especially her wife they’re really friendly. I was not even going out for dinner, ı was eating at the hostel(she cooks). It feels like a homestay. I’m really happy that ı stayed here on my Sigiriya time.

What a vibe! Night Owl Hostel Sigiriya totally stole my heart. The place has the perfect mix of chill jungle energy and good people. Everyone here — staff and travelers — felt like instant friends. The food is insanely good (seriously, don’t miss their dinners!), and the atmosphere at night is pure magic. Ended up staying longer than planned because it just felt like home. If you’re coming to Sigiriya, this is the place to be! 🌿✨

Honestly one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at during my time in Sri Lanka. The place is clean and comfortable, breakfast was always delicious, and the one dinner I had there turned out to be the best meal of my trip — tasty, generous, and great quality. What really made it special was the people. Maliya was so kind and helpful, always there if I needed anything. He even took me to a beautiful sunset spot nearby and walked me to the bus stop when I checked out. Those small gestures really meant a lot and made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this place!

The host and his family take care of u all the time!! We had 5 dinner cooked by the family. There is only 1 shared 4 beds room in the hostel, which makes that perfect for relaxing. The room and the bathroom are now, each bed is provided with fan, light and plug🔌. The breakfast is awesome too.

Perfect location, kind stuff, good breakfast, nice garden, cheap beer, 2 fans in the room. Even they made me a big fruit plate for free to say goodbye.
