Rinas was so helpful while I was in a stressful situation with my shuttle never arriving. He found another ride for me last minute and saved the day. 10/10 would recommend!

I really liked the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Agra Hostel. The space was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the hospitality. The owner, Nalaka, was absolutely brilliant - so helpful and genuine, he really made the stay memorable. Food was also amazing, I had both the Sri Lankan breakfast and the banana pancakes. And the coffee!!! Soooo good

Great place, I stayed for 7 days and had an amazing time. The host Sajid is wonderful, kind and super helpful. Surf instructor David is the best, very patient and friendly teaching style. 10/10 will recommend taking surf lessons. Surf in the morning and do whatever you want rest of the day, the hosts Sajid & David will help you with whatever you want. Special shout out to Nafan for taking such good care of the hostel.

I came to this place by chance as a first time guest and couldn't have decided on a better place to stay. This place has absolutely everything i needed and even more (skate bowl, surfboard rent,delicious food, transport to surf breaks, good vibe ,clean accommodation and I could go on ....) The best hotel I've been to in my travels around Asia 🤙😜

Staff were brilliant, I had the most to do with Dave and Fayas and they were both awesome, very helpful and friendly. Facilities are nice, good indoor and outdoor space and storage. Quiet/non-partying but very sociable, made lots of great friends here. My favourite hostel I've stayed in!

Bro, this place was epic. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The building itself was gorgeous and provided both shade and some nice spots to lounge in the sun. They were also very chill with me sticking around on checkout day which was much appreciated. Would absolutely return and stay for longer if I were to return.

Pláž Arugam Bay Beach se nachází 100 metrů od ubytování. wow! the wave loom hostel was one of the most cosy, familiar hostels i've ever stayed in. i only intended to stay for 2 days, but ended up staying for 6 - too good to leave. hansi, adam & co. were soooo caring and loving to create the best possible stay for all their guests. they know all their guests by name, help plan all activities and transport options, have the best surf instructor at the start - and on top of that they so lovingly provided me with medicine and tea when I felt sick. the rooms are super clean, cleaned every day, the bathroom is simple but clean (a little tip: a shelf to put your clothes and toiletry bag on while showering would be a gamechanger, hehe) there is air conditioning and a chilled common area - a great place to meet people from all over the world! the location is also great... so close to the beach and all the cute cafes, bars, boutiques and restaurants. great vibe!!! i would definitely come back! THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️

Aura surf camp & Hostel se nachází v destinaci Arugam Bay. Lagoon Safari - Pottuvils se nachází 5,6 km daleko a Elephant Rock 7,2 km. It had only just opened its doors and we were met with the warmest welcome from the manager who couldn’t do enough for us. Always went out of his way to accommodate us - sharing extra phone data with us, allowing late check - out due to work commitments, updating us to the air-con room because the fan room was under renovations but with no extra charge. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you so so much

A superb inn, clean and well-maintained. The garden is very pleasant and the breakfasts are delicious. The best part: the staff. They're all adorable, smiling and warm. If I come back to arugam bay I'll choose Early Birds without hesitation.
