Laundry is available at an extra charge. Everything. Kana (the person in charge) made us feel at home. Her recommendations were key to making the most of our stay in Hakone. She helped us to find a tattoo-friendly Onsen, reserved restaurants with local food and showed us several hiking trails. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the building facilities were in very good condition. We were very pleasantly surprised, we will definitely come back.
