The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was good and served in time, very cozy hall for breakfast. Various options for breakfast. The location is very good. Just a little walk to get the tram station which works every 5 or 10 minutes. For solo travelers it is good option. Staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist young lady was very supportive. Thank you. Will recommend my friends.

They are trying to not only offer accommodation but also build a community. There are events happening every day where you can meet new friends or just sit in the common area writing your journal. The decoration is young and fun. Shout out to the free water and free pasta! I stayed in a 4-person room and it's quite spacious for a hostel. It's extremely clean and facilities are new. I joined a creativity event before leaving and made my first-ever friendship bracelet! If you mind people snoring, you might want to reconsider staying at a hostel at all. The location is great. You can walk to the town in 25 min or take a tram at a stop 3 min away.

Ok i dont know where tò start. So i arrived and the staff were omg AMAZING. They were having a party for the hostels birthday. I Just want to know One thing. CAN I WORK HERE?

With a terrace, Emerald Palace is located in the centre of Florence, 350 metres from the Cathedral. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Amazing. The staff were incredibly nice. Everything was perfect. We got the two floors room for 3 ppl.
