Staff were so helpful and friendly - especially the two volunteers Marissa & Maria. They were on hand with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

By far the best hostel I stayed at in all of Costa Rica! The atmosphere and friendliness here are incredible, and the entire staff is exceptionally kind and attentive. A special shoutout to ANTONIA, whose kindness and warmth are truly rare to find, she’s always smiling and ready to help with anything 🥰 The hostel is very clean, offers all the best excursions in La Fortuna at great prices, and has a fantastic rooftop that adds to the experience. The location is also perfect, just a 3 minute walk from downtown, yet in a peaceful area. The dorms feel private thanks to the curtains, and the mattresses are actually comfortable, which isn’t always the case in Costa Rica! Most importantly, there is a genuine family-like, welcoming atmosphere, both from the staff and the travelers staying here. I absolutely loved my time at this hostel. Huge thanks to Antonia, who truly embodies everything this place stands for! ♥️

The place was in a great location and after receiving a fan in the room the temperature was good too.

They were always happy to help. We were very late to book a tour and a shuttle for our next destination and they helped us immediately. We had our tour with Charlie, highly recommended. Ask for him if you get a tour from the hotel! Super funny and friendly Costa Rican tour guide. Also, the happy hour at the bar is great, prices were really good. Highly recommended for those who want to have a fun time in Arenal.
