The hosts are wonderful! Never a dull moment and the most genuine hospitality we have had in Colombia. The rooms have what you need, clean and quiet plus there is a meal option you can pay for that is awesome. We hope to stay again one day 🩵

NOMAD Hostal - Barichara se nachází v destinaci Barichara a má zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Flo and Natalie were super friendly and helpful. Stayed here for more than a week and I would like to stay longer. The food was so delicious, tried almost every meal on the menu XD. The craft beer and the kombuchas are so tasty too. Cook in the outside kitchen with amazing views to the valley, nice cold shower in the nature... Even had some really good mounbiking with flo to the towns nearby~~ Definitely come back when I visit Colombia in the future.

Traveler Hostel se nachází v destinaci San Gil a má venkovní bazén, zahradu, sdílený lounge a terasu. It is a great value for such place. I have stayed there more than a week because I wanted to retreat myself from last 2.5 months’ tiredness of traveling:) The hostel people are so friendly and hospitable. If you want to do activities, the hostel can arrange all kind of tours you can do around San Gil. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. You can chill in the pool upstairs at a beautiful garden with the view of town. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go back to San Gil one day!

Nacuma Garden Hostel - Casa Nacuma se nachází v destinaci Barichara a má zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. I love Nacuma; it's tranquil, comfortable and well equipped. I was going to stay only a few days but ended up lingering for two and a half weeks! And it was one of the places I was truly sad to leave. It felt like home! The hosts, Camilo and Maria are absolutely lovely. They are accessible but also respect privacy and let you do your thing. Camilo has also been super helpful with tips on what to to in Barichara as well as other spots in Colombia. Natalia, the house keeper is super friendly and a lovely person to be around. I hope to return soon. Just book it! I booked the room with the garden view - 100% recommend! It was also the most peaceful rest I've had in Colombia. Oh, and the showers and bathrooms are super clean and ver close to the room so it being shared is no issue. The kitchen was also equipped for all my needs and always clean.

Cool vibe, nice atmosphere, intelligent and helpful staff, lovely activities easily arranged by the desk in the hostel, good rooms, big kitchen, lovely garden and hanging out spots. Nice place to stay a couple of days. It's a quiet place, surrounding by nature. We met a friendly dog and cat. The owner was not present but managed to provide what was needed for a good stance.

The atmosphere was super friendly, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were perfect for meeting fellow travelers.
