Owners and staff were so amazing. They clean about 3 times a day. Good location- close to the pier, can barely hear the music from the beach. I extended my stay because I wanted to do another tour. I booked through them.

The lady from the receptions is an angel!! So so so welcoming and helpful! The rooms are quite big, bathrooms really nice and clean, free shower gel and a shampoo, great location. An amazing place to stay if youre in Phi Phi!

It has everything you need, very clean and comfortable with our own cubby style bunk so private and dark. The owner is so lovely and happy to help with tickets and any recommendations. Bonus was coffee, toast and fruit in the morning. I had a late ferry out and they were happy for me to store my bag and chill in the common area when I needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend The City Hostel if your looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay on Phi Phi.

We loved the fact that was just outside the hustle and bustle of the main streets but close enough to everything. You can have both the quite of nature and the party life. Gaby was extremely nice and available and the bungalow was really nice, clean and spacious

Very nice hostel, they clean every day, offer breakfast, towel, shampoo... bed is comfortable, nice view... everything was just perfect! I had to do early check-out and the receptionist even came earlier just to let me do so
