He breakfast is full of choices and a chef is there to cook fresh egg pancake for us. Also I like the old age of the building, around 250 years. Hot water at wash room is also sufficient. Location is absolutely good.

The staff is just great and they really give their best to make it to an awesome stay. Everyone was so open and you can not not meet any cool people there. I will totally book my next stay there again. For me, especially the social experience of the Pubcrawl was one of the best evenings. Many thanks to Imke, Mariana and particularly to Julie, it was such a great time with you!

Staff is so great, very friendly and ready to help with any problem, all of them fluent in english, and I heard spanish speakers too other than portugese. The shower water pressure and temperatures stability are amazing. The hostel is cozy and big, has a lot of common rooms, easy to use kitchen, terrace, has a girls only area, and they employ house rules to ensure everyone is having a good time I recommend Mama's dinner. It's good food and value for money, very nice atmosphere, and mama is just a sweetheart, it's nice that they allow outsiders too. Inside the room : Comfy bed, private and big storage, and lights and sockets inside. The upper beds didn't have a curtain, but also there are no lights on the ceiling flashing in your eyes. Stayed in 204, which is right next to terrace but no noise after 22.30. Sometimes smelly on the closed hallways, but not in the rooms or bigger areas. Area in the city very good, close to a lot of stuff, easy to get everywhere, metro and bus station closeby. Towels you can get with a deposit, bathroom has soap and hair dryer, bring your own ammenities. Cleaning staff came once every day. They also have a coin laundry room, for washing and drying and I saw an iron as well. Overall great experience, stayed for a week and would do it again.

The Hostel is in a great location. Walking distance to high street, restaurants and night life area. Clean, welcoming, many areas to convene, chat and meet people or just to relax. The reception was welcoming, informative, easy, smooth and helpful. The staff took us round the hostel and to our room, I even had my bigger suitcase brought up to the room for me. The dining area is also easy to be in, with tables for 1, 2 or bigger. Breakfast was good, with delicious pancakes made for you. Great coffee machine with choices. Also available outside of breakfast hours for 1€ or so. At reception they also have a fridge stocked with drinks and water. As a frequent traveller over 50, it was good to see other guests of a similar age and not only younger generations. We stayed in a lovely fresh smelling, quiet on-suite double room. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were puffy, supporting and easy to sleep on. We slept really well. The bathroom with window, was clean and had a shower with good hot water and pressure. The hostel has fun activities planned daily. We ventured out on a pub crawl and had really good fun, met people from other hostels when we all joined together. It was a safe environment to join into the atmosphere, dance and visit areas of nightlife in Lisbon, we probably would not have seen otherwise. The reception keeps a range of traveller “needs” handy, from hairdryers to luggage weighers and so on. I was really impressed with the whole property and would stay there again without hesitation.

Very clean & well maintained. Very modern too, with a lovely rooftop bar for social activities and drinks! Great location, short 20 minute walk to most popular districts too. Staff were incredibly friendly and prepared to help with any queries. Full explanation of Lisbon is provided too at beginning of stay. I chose this as my first solo travel hostel and I have no complaints! The social activities in the evening were great to meet new people too.

Good location downtown close to waterfront, subway station, trains and ferry. Friendly staff, activities for guests like pub crawl, guided tours and free sangria each evening. The hostel is clean and spacious, they have quite a large common area, computers you can use, all bunk beds come with their own power socket, usb charger and two different lights. Security is good with key cards to unlock doors and lockers and they have free luggage storage.. Also the 24 hour reception is great. It is also a good place to meet new people.
