New ZealandMy friend and I booked the quadruple room for ourselves and it was lovely. It has been renovated and you could tell. Chargers by the bed with a light. It was super warm (it was snowy outside) and they ensured the entire building was heated well. The washer and dryer were free which was great as I expected to pay a few pound for each machine. We used the kitchen to cook and it was clean and had everything there. We relaxed in the common area on the big sofas in the evening and it was comfortable and clean. Overall the price for a private room for 2 people it was exceptional including parking. I would stay here again when visiting York.

The familiar atmosphere, the coziness of the living room where they played EuroCup matches. The staff is friendly and you’ll have them cooking with you in the kitchen or just chilling in the common areas.
