Although I have not yet seen the staff as I arrived at midnight they had emailed clear instructions on how to access the key and get in. Everything thing worked efficiently like clockwork. Kitchen access was an added bonus.

Classic stylish hotel. Afternoon tea was provided and nice tea and coffee and ice cream. Wi-fi worked well and the bed was comfortable and the hotel was in an excellent location. friendly staff with good English and very helpful.

Charming Stay with a Youthful Vibe We’re an older couple and stayed at this youth hostel during our cycling trip in Germany. We weren’t quite sure what to expect, but were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was lively and friendly – lots of young travelers, but we never felt out of place. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Lot’s of fresh fruit. A big plus for us: our bicycles were kept safe in a locked storage area, giving us peace of mind. The hostel is in a fantastic location on the lake with a beautiful terrace and lake view from the breakfast room. All in all, a great experience – youthful energy with solid comfort. Don’t let the “youth” label deter you!
