My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was immaculately clean and had a nice view, as well as all the amenities you could need. The free laundry service was also highly appreciated! The staff were extremely friendly and communicative, and gave us lots of useful advice/recommendations. The location is convenient and easy to find. I would highly recommend for your trip to Hanoi : )

Omg, we will never regret we choosed this hotel for last 5 nights in Hanoi after 4weeks trip trough whole Vietnam! It's possible to park there, they will help you with anything and it's very close to everything. SIM cards, quick Airport taxi, advises, ... everything on the house! And owner with stuff can perfectly speak English, so it's all much easier!

Excellent location. Very friendly owner. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Clean and comfortable room with a couch and a balcony. I love it, others might not: Narrow staircase to get to the room.

Tranquility Stay Hotel is very well located at the center of old Hanoi quarter. It is a small hotel of 8 rooms. Despite its central location, the hotel is extremely quiet. It opened less than one year ago and furnitures are in pristine condition and modern. Stella, the owner & manager is not only friendly but super helpful and effective in helping planning visits for the days ( including Anlong Bay, airport pickups, Ha Giang, Sapa etc.). Further Stella has a very good command of English. Breakfast , though simple, is excellent. The Hotel is extremely good value for Hanoi and -as I did not expect to have any views from my room ( for this price and given the central location and the fact that it is very quiet)- I was certainly not disappointed. On contrary it expected my expectations and I would not hesitate to return to this hotel or to recommend it to other travelers.

It's a place or property where u will feel as home , I mean the environment is kinda homely, secondly the owner is so genuine and friendly. He and his wife will help/guide u guys with all possible things.

Nastanitev Hoan Kiem lake center na fantastični lokaciji v središču mesta Hanoj ponuja verando. I stayed here for about three weeks, and I have to say it was totally worth it! The location is perfect , you really couldn’t find a better one. The room was always clean and quiet, and the host was extremely helpful and kind. What else can I say? Highly recommended for both short and long stays. You have everything you need around you, and you can even organize all your trips directly from here. If I come back to Hanoi, I’ll definitely know where to stay. See you soon! 🌟

Good and convenient central location in the old quarter. Host was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to support guests.

Nastanitev Huong’s Family homestay se nahaja v središču mesta Hanoj, 12 min hoje od znamenitosti Kraljeva citadela in 1,2 km od znamenitosti Železniška postaja Ha Noi Railway Station, ter ponuja... The owner is really supportive and friendly. We have great times here with cozy waiting area and fully equipped room. The location is ideal too. Not too far from all famous places of Hanoi so we was able to walk most of the time. Definitely will book this one again!
