Our 3-night stay at Taj Residence Skardu was truly a highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The host treated us like family, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The garden was absolutely stunning—full of vibrant flowers and the perfect place to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—ideal for two friends traveling together. What made our experience truly special was the host’s personal touch. He not only arranged our tour car and helped us plan our itinerary, but also took the time to share the rich culture, history, and daily life of the Skardu region. It gave our trip a deeper meaning and left us with lasting memories. Overall, Taj Residence offers excellent value for money, but even more importantly, it offers a heartfelt connection to the place and its people. Highly recommended!

We had a amazing stay at Hunza Lounge. The views of the mountains are spectacular and the staff is very friendly and easy to reach all the time. We shared a nice dinner together along with some other guests. Would come back 100%!

We had a great 3 night stay at this clean and tidy guest house. Price was reasonable. Hasibullah and his dad made sure we had a comfortable stay. They welcomed us with home grown fruits. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Also, Sanaullah who picked us and became our tour guide showed us the beautiful Skardu is highly recommended to be your guide as, he is a down to earth human with a great personality.

The hospitality of the managers, Abid Amin and Asim Amin, was beyond exceptional — such kind, respectful, and down-to-earth individuals who go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, clean and cozy rooms, and a peaceful environment that's perfect for relaxation. The restaurant serves fresh, delicious local food that left me wanting more — definitely one of the best meals I had during my trip! Whether you're visiting for a night or planning a longer stay, I highly recommend Rakaposhi Amin Hotel. Room was clean with great views of the valley and mountains. Staff provided all amenities on check in (clean towel, soap, toilet paper) and always made sure any of my requests were met. Breakfast was included for free and dinner provided at a cheap price. There were some issues with warm water for shower however staff gave me keys for another room that had a working shower AND a gas stove to warm water when I wanted for baths. Overall very happy and great value.
