Namaste Home Stay on hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja, mis asub Dhulikhelis, 30 km kaugusel Bhaktapur Durbari väljakust. Külalistemajal on aed ja mäevaated. I didn’t expect much from the place I booked just a couple of hours before arriving. But apparently it is a place where I want to come back. The rooms and service were good, but as a traveler my expectations are quite low and I don’t really pay much attention to such things. What always matters more to me are the people, warm conversations and the shared experiences. And I got exactly that! In such a short time, I was leaving the guys as if they were my friends. I wish you lots of success and hope to see you again.

Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

I stayed here for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! The place is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location in Bhaktapur. But the best part was the host – kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain things, show me around, and give great local tips. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant stay!

The private rooms are huge and you get a double bed and private bathroom with a hot efficient shower. The views from the room are breathtaking, you can see the Himalayas, and are incredible at sunrise, it feels like you are living in the clouds. The rooms are set in their own area away from the family home so it's very peaceful and private so you can have plenty of solitude in the quiet mountains, but it felt very homely and special to join the family and eat in the communal area, having each meal cooked fresh with ingredient from the farm. The family all care about their guests so much always making sure they have the best time. Staying here is such a special experience to live close to a local family to learn from them about their farm, the passion for a happy life, their culture and traditions.

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, terrassi ja baariga Jungle Crown Organic Homestay asub Nagarkotis, 10 km kaugusel Bhaktapur Durbari väljakust. We stayed three nights and were surprised about the quietness, the good food, the view, and the friendlyness of the owners. We highly recommend staying and would come back any time. It is better to stay here then in Nagarkot. In the morning you can see sometimes monkeys while enjoying delicious breakfast. We went for good hikes and enjoyed the nature around. The rooms are big with big windows to see the birds and squirells. Kessab is a fantastic cook and very accomodating. Thank you so much for having us!

The location was great! 10 minute walk to Swayambhunath. It was quiet at night. The host was a wonderful gentleman. I had spent 3 months in Nepal and my last two nights were at this spot. If I’m lucky enough to be able to visit Kathmandu again I’ll certainly stay here.
