Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Ubytování bylo super, pěkné prostory, hezká koupelna. Je to blízko nádraží, akorát s parkováním je trochu problém, ale chce to trpělivost a dá se to zvládnout. Hostitel je velmi milý a nápomocný. Dá vám skvělá doporučení na místa poblíž. Děkujeme :)

The owner contacted us via WhatsApp after the booking was made. Also day before arrival sent us all the info regarding the check in - codes and gow to get keys - it was super simple. They also send us recommendations for some places around. The place itself has perfect location - less than 10min from bus station. The area felt very safe. The room itself very clean, with air-conditioning and in general it felt more like a hotel than a room in an apartment. The pillow was super comfy but that is always an individual thing :) Definitely we would (will) stay again.

Very welcoming and comfortable, highly recommended.

The host was excellent and very helpful which was greatly appreciated after an atrocious experience at a nearby affittacamere. Everything was very easy and we managed to book and enter within the space of 30 minutes; which was a lifesaver when trucking around bags with an easily bored four year old. The room was much larger than I was expecting, and my daughter was ecstatic to get her first experience of a bunk bed when we discovered there was this option (she could have slept on the normal bed provided... but it's a bunk bed!). I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family.
