The locality is so calm and peaceful and absolutely safe even to walk around all alone. The hosts are very sweet and helpful. Mr. John is a very kind and humble host and provides guidance about the places to eat, beaches and tourist attractions to visit, taxi and bike hiring - anything you ask ! His place feels just like home. They also have a very pretty and nicely maintained garden filled with a variety of flowering plants and trees.

Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

The property is situated as part of a lovely fine dining restaurant. The room was large,airy and very clean. The bathroom was modern with toiletries supplied. It’s in a fantastic location with the beach just a short walk away. Lots of cafes and bars to choose from just outside the hotel, however despite this it was still very peaceful at night. What stands out about this property is the host, Jack, and all the staff at the hotel. We’ve had regular communication with the host since booking. He was particularly kind when we realised we’d brought the key with us from the last hotel. He arranged for the key to be returned with no hassle on our part. The front door man and caretaker were extremely friendly and helpful. If we ever come to Candolim again I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again and would totally recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thanks again for a wonderful stay 😊

If you want to experience the real soul of Goa this is the place you have to choose. First things first... Location is perfect, the whole Arambol; beach, restaurants, shops etc are within walking distance. If you want to stay in the house there is a cosy common place where you can spend your time, making new friend from all over the world, have time together with other guests and maybe even make music together in the evening if you like. Bunty and Haley are always there to assist you. They are really helpful. They answered all our needs, gave us tips about Goa with a warm heart. Thanks for your hospitality guys...

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. This homestay was the highlight of our trip. David and Nicole were excellent hosts, not only giving us a history of the area, but also helping us coordinate experiences we were interested in. The even paired us with a driver who helped us navigate the area. They have a beautiful view outside every morning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable while still keeping some of the original design from the 1600's. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

The room was very clean, with a small area for eating and a fridge (very helpful for warm days). The place is in a quiet area but still few minutes by walking to many restaurants and cafes. Alim, our host shared many tips and he was friendly and helpful letting us do an early check-in and offering an upgrade for some nights to a bigger room (with AC). Shiva, was very nice and helpful helping us with scooter rental and anything we needed. This place has a great value for money.
