This Homestay has such lovely bungalows and lots of space to relax. My bungalow looks like a bungalow a resort! And it was very comfy, provided a lot of places to hang things which is very helpful for the divers. The shower and toilets were clean enough. All the staff don’t really speak English but they are all very kind. Mario always responded on time and he provided the wayag trip at the most reasonable price. Thank you so much for making my wish to wayag come true.

The owner and all the staff were very kind and friendly. The bedroom was very spacious and clean, built with high-quality, sturdy materials. The decor was beautiful, and the view was amazing. There was a USB charger in the bedroom which was convenient for charge your mobile and camera. Electricity was available 24/7, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong in every room and throughout the resort. The private bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was very strong. The housel reef was stunning—you could spend an entire week exploring it. Highly recommended!!

The owner is a wonderful man who always helps out wherever he can. We had some amazing game nights and day trip adventures with him. The location is perfect and we loved that there are only 2 bungalows so it's really private and quiet. The bungalow itself is simple but has all you need, same with the shared bathrooms. Also the food is amazing! All in all we had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer.

Paparisa homestay was amazing! Rio and his Team are taking really good care that everyone has a lovely stay and help where they can to arrange transportation or daytrips or diving. The bungalows are very clean, spacious and well equipped. We even had our own bathroom which is definitely a luxury on the island! Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the island life. The Food was also very good and there was also lots of variety, even though I am vegetarian :) Definitely one of the best places to stay in raja ampat!

No need to book any excursions, beside Fam island, cause you had turtles, reef sharks, even mantas so very close! So loved to stay with that family! The son went out spearfishing for a nice meal ... would love to come back, no better place to snorkeling like 6 hours a day 🤩😊😘. Thanks a lot 😘😘😘

This place looks so beautiful, the family have created such a beautiful, place with shells and driftwood decorating everything, we loved it. The food was incredible and the room was very comfy. The house reef was beautiful and we saw mantas straight from our room! Thank you so much for such a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Nyanse Homestay! The food is delicious, plentiful, and very varied. There are also many vegetarian options. The family is very friendly, and there are excursions available. We booked a jungle tour and snorkeling with manta rays, and we were not disappointed. We also saw blacktip reef sharks near the homestay. The restrooms are functional but clean, and there was always plenty of hand soap and toilet paper. If the village generator fails, Nyanse Homestay can produce electricity with its own generator, so you have light and can charge your phone overnight. We recommend Nyanse Homestay 100% and would return anytime.

The homestay owner contactes us prior to our arrival to check if we were finding our way (they also offered a taxi pick-up at the harbour) and welcomed us with open arms. The homestay has a nice small garden where we had breakfast. The owners also helped us to arrange our taxi next morning

Husna is a very friendly and knowledgeable host, her guesthouse was a perfect place for a few days for us to visit Kalibiru, scuba dive and ride scooters to the nearby village. Husna helped us coordinate all of our activities including renting motorbikes and made excellent suggestions for nearby restaurants. Her breakfasts are delicious, AC is in the bedroom only and worked well, wifi available, and she even delivered umbrellas to us at a nearby restaurant during a rainstorm! Highly recommend staying at Sandy Guesthouse if you are in Waisai.

Family feeling; easily to feel at home with this lovely family of four (Helga, Timon and their 2 beautiful young daughters who love to make friends). Oh, and I forgot their two sweet dogs Ringo & Dingo 🐾🐾 Owners are very helpful and speak several languages so easy to communicate with them. Internet is sometimes a bit unstable so take that into account when expecting speedy replies (sometimes it just doesn’t work and patience is a good thing to have). The food - home style cooking (breakfast, lunch and dinner are all cooked by the owner and her team and she is a great cook; we loved every meal which was perfectly catered to our vegetarian / pescatarian wishes) The rooms are close to nature as well, with very comfy beds (we stayed in both the smaller and the biggest family room, which easily fits 3 respectively 4 people; the 3rd bed in the smaller room has a wonderful treehouse feeling and there is a bunkbed in the biggest room). Hard to capture the beauty of the rooms in just one picture (I took several but could only post one here with my review). You can hear the sea and birds from your bedroom. It’s right next to you. No frills, just natural materials, which we loved. Also no warm water, but easily to get used to. There’s a shower and mandi style shower. Also your own toilet. Plus the blue blue sea right at your doorstep and a lovely sitting area with a hammock to complete the zen-feeling. There’s a long jetty into the sea with a perfect spot for exercise/meditation/yoga at the end. Fitness with a view! It’s quiet and feels very private. You instantly feel relaxed here. Different excursions to choose from, both on land and on/under the sea. Please note: these come at an extra cost and Raja Ampat area is not cheap!!!!
