The location was great, right on the waterfront, and I felt really welcomed as soon as I arrived off the ferry, where I was picked up and brought to the property. It was easy to sort out a scooter, trips and there's an honesty bar for beers, water and soft drinks. Also free tea and coffee. Breakfast was basic but really tasty and healthy! Fruit, eggs, juice. It was all really nice, and it's on a quieter street, just off the main road.

Very comftable hotel, friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, in between the rice fields. We were able to use bikes to go to Borobodur. The staff advised us multiple highlights around Borobodur, which were all worth the visit.

Everything was great except one thing. It’s not nice to see all these souvenirs sellers sitting on your balcony or standing in front of you while you’re having breakfast outside. And they don’t leave after you mention a couple of times that you’re not interested. I felt like there is no privacy. Our room was next to the road, that’s why all of them could easily get in. I felt uncomfortable.

Amazing location & fantastic service☺️Regarding the location, it’s built over the sea, just next to a mangrove area 🌊You can jump into the water from the property and snorkel there. They have goggles and snorkels free of charge. The water was clear even during rainy season. We saw many corals, giant clams and even some clownfish. They have kayaks for free of charge as well. We kayaked to Pantai Kanjen, where you can release baby turtles. In the morning, we saw the beautiful sunrise from our window and could hear the sound of the water below our bed. Regarding the service, the owners (Astrid and Tono) were very helpful even before our arrival. They messaged me and offered help to organize boat tickets, scooter rental and other transportation at very reasonable prices. After arrival, the host called Ben took very good care of us, he was very friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. At night he even showed us the bio-luminescent plankton which were visible from the deck. He definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience! No AC, but it was a comfortable stay with a big ceiling fan. No hot shower, but it was not a big issue for us. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay. Definitely wanna come back!

Janur Bungalow se nachází v obci Borobudur, uprostřed rýžových polí. Může se pochlubit venkovním bazénem s průtokovým oběhovým systémem. Ubytování je vzdálené 5 minut jízdy od chrámu Borobudur. Wonderful place and employees. Most importantly great appreciation for it was! Help with organizing transport and ferry to Karimunjawa Beautiful garden decor. I highly recommend.

The house is in the busy area but very quiet inside. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's both safe and convenient. The hosts are a couple called Ika and Yani. They are so kind, friendly and considerate. Before I arrived, they had already sent me some basic information via messages. For example, they told me how to get to the homestay from the airport and reminded me to book my Borobudur ticket earlier. There is a very beautiful and comfortable garden here. The room is clean. Wifi is fast and stable. I extended my stay here for a total of 5 days because I enjoy my time here. The delicious local breakfast prepared by Yani is something I look forward to every day. I feel like I am at home and they are my family:)
