What I liked the most was that we could cook our own meals in the shared kitchen. It was really clean and well equipped felt almost like being at home. Another great thing was that we could rent scooters right on site. It made getting around super easy, and the prices were totally reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay, it was nice and calm. The owners helped us to book a trip to Komodo and took care of our luggage when we were on a boat. Air condition worked well, it was super clean. Breakfast simple but tasty :) I would say it is a perfect spot if you go to Komodo, near the harbor is too loud as we heard from other people from the boat. So don’t think twice- book it ;-)

This was one the cleanest place I stayed in flores. The bathroom was very new and the place was very well taken care of. It was so nice to stay there after being in various other accommodations. The view is beautiful.

The most beautiful little family homestay. There's a beautiful communal area overlooking the veggie garden and also with a fire place (it gets cold at night in Ruteng)! The staff are incredible and so accommodating, helped us with all of our needs and questions, couldn't recommend this place enough!!! Also it was so very clean!! I watched them clean the place every day from top to bottom, going above and beyond when cleaning the rooms and bathrooms! If I'm ever back to Ruteng, I will 100% stay here again!!

What wonderful hosts , so welcoming and helpful with tours and onward journey logistics. Idi is the ideal host, as his English and great conversations were a highlight of our stay with him in his family home . Our room was spacious, and ex lrg bed was super comfy + ensuite bathroom was adequate. The deck overlooking the lush surrounds was a lovely place to sit, Idi served us local fruit and avocados + fried bananas as welcome treats + we had a delicious dinner while we were there also cooked by Idi .our breakfast was also great with local breads and foods. A great experience in a unique homestay .

Very clean, and very kind and friendly hosts that made us feel welcome and helped us with all our questions. ☺️ A bit away from center which means quiet nights, and Grab rides to the center are typically 1 USD. Can only recommend this Guest House!

Paul & Leo were so incredible kind and sweet. Paul organized a trip to the 17 islands for all the guests in the homestay, which was a beautiful day out. I was feeling sick one night and they really took care of me. They kept checking on me to see if I was okay and made sure I was well taken care of. As a solo traveler this really has an impact on me when it happens. On my last night they invited me to eat with their family and it was the sweetest thing. It truly felt like home away from home. I would 100% stay here again and if you are planning to come to Riung this is the place to stay.

Everything was beyond perfect. It is the perfect place to unwind and disconnect from the world. Liz is an amazing host. We did the cooking class and it was an incredible experience. The food was so good. Everyone working there was nice. There are friendly cute cats.
