Stayed here the most recent full moon in January! We were a party of x4 adults staying in the family room and it was prefect for the few nights we were on the island. Two separate rooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds. Both rooms were en suite! Lovely surroundings and right on the beach. The location is okay. A 7/11 close by. To get to the pier area it was about a 10 min scooter ride. The best thing about this place is Beau! She is amazing, so kind, caring and helpful. On the night of the full moon she opened the little bar that she has on site and also did free glow in the dark painting if we bought a drink. She organised taxis to take us and gave us the best contact numbers for when we wanted to get a taxi back after the full moon. This made our evening very easy and we felt safe knowing we were getting a legitimate taxi back home. Would highly recommend for the full moon but also if you are visiting Koh Phangan outside of this time. Thank you Beau :)

The view is amazing, staff is super helpful and other guests were very friendly. I would say the pool is the best I have seen. Very clean and quiet.

I felt like I was at home with a Thaï style setting. The owners are really so lovely and welcome you as if you were part of their family. It was as if we have known each other for a long time. There is a kind of natural magic in the atmosphere here. This place is synonymous with relaxation, serenity, happiness, peace, harmony, love and unity. The room was clean and confortable, i also had a kitchen with many good equipments. The location was perfect for me because I was going to Orion which was close to my bungalow. And also, there is a supermarket at 2 min by walks, it’s so convenient for shopping. If you are looking for luxurious, soulless, and meaningless places, Smiley Bungalows is not for you. However, if you are seeking a place unlike any other, where you can relax and enjoy your life, with the jungle on one side and the sea on the other, with many lovely cute animals, all with a unique and warm welcome, then this place is made for you. Nam, Nut and Kenan, thank you so much for everything, I will never forget my time with you, you literally made my experience unforgettable. God bless you all.

We stayed a group of 7, The guesthouse was simple, clean, did exactly what we needed, However, the family who took care of us, was nothing short but sweet, welcoming, generous, friendly and kind.

Up to Gu Station se nachází v destinaci Ko Pha Ngan a nabízí pokoje s klimatizací a bar. Pláž Baan Tai Beach je 200 metrů daleko. Pláž Thong Sala Beach se nachází 1,7 km od ubytování. It was so close to everywhere. Beaubo is a great host, so helpful, so kind!

A bit away from the center but it’s not a big issue when you rent a scooter. Nice host, generally good experience :)

Everything was just perfect: it’s an amazing place to experience jungle living… Only you and nature which awakens your roots. The bungalow was so spacious and comfortable, perfectly chilled under trees and blowing fans. It was our first time without AC and that felt so good, so alive… Fantastic escape into the wild. Me and my dog had great and unforgettable experience there and I really recommend you guys just to try it. Specially on Sundays, when there’s ecstatic dance. Sending love to everyone;)

Very nice host, caring and helpful with any question. The view is amazing with direct access to the beach, a private villa, clean, comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. There is also drinking water. You can use the kayaks freely.
